Key Criteria:
- Extensive experience in managing funds - listed/corporate/real-estate/public etc
- Proven track record in company secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
- Knowledge of fund structures and legal requirements
- Ability to handle complex fund administration tasks and regulatory filings
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of listed funds, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Manage company secretarial tasks, including board meetings, drafting minutes, and maintaining corporate records
- Coordinate with external service providers, auditors, and legal advisors
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and corporate governance guidelines
