Our client are a corporate law firm seeking to recruit someone to join their Technical Team to work in their Bristol office.
The Technical Department deals with various types of share restructures such as share for share exchange, reduction of share capital, company restorations, agreements, purchase of own shares and creation of multiple share types.
Job Description
The new team member will work alongside the director and the technical team to learn about different types of share restructures.
Following training, the successful candidate will progress onto preparing share restructure paperwork and dealing with clients and Companies House.
